USAGE-RIGHTS MANAGEMENT

When an advertiser commissions an advertisement it receives two things; a digital file which is the advertisement itself and, the usage rights that control the use of recognisable talent appearing in that advertisement. Therefore, the negotiation of robust and compliant usage rights and the management of those rights is a vital issue for an agency and its advertiser client.

Features include:

  • All contracts are accessible online and sorted by advertiser, category, product and campaign.
  • Alert reporting so no contract extension or expirations are missed or overlooked.
  • Bespoke reporting on any data within the database. Common reports include agency rollover reports and client rollover reports.

LIVE CONTRACTING

Talentpay Live Contracting allows the creation of talent contracts online using pre-set templates. Access permissions enabling the online creation of contracts and the facilitation of online signatures may be assigned to production houses or casting directors.

Features include:

  • Overall control of the contracting process by the advertising agency.
  • Multiple agency templates.
  • Client-specific templates.
  • Online signature ability.
  • Total contract retention and security.

PRE-CASTING BRIEF

Talentpay’s Pre-Casting Brief brings the discipline of a written brief into the casting process to ensure that upstream participants in the process (production houses, casting directors etc.) have clear and consistent instructions.

Features include:

  • Profile instructions, usage and general contract conditions.
  • All party access to the PCB; agency, production house, casting director and performer agent.
  • Opportunities for the Advertiser to insert special clauses.
  • A copy of the contract template is included in the process so all parties are clear on the contract conditions.

PERFORMER SEARCH

Talentpay Casting’s cloud-based technology platform aggregates agents and their talent in the Asia-Pacific region, ultimately creating a single talent market with a model that does not disrupt traditional practices. A single market benefits all stakeholders in the advertising industry including advertisers, advertising agencies, production houses, casting directors, performer agents and talent.

Our contemporary online casting site connects talent agents and their performers with casting directors, production houses, and advertising agencies throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Talentpay Casting has thousands of talent listed across the Asia-Pacific region and is adding more every day. The creation of a single site for performers delivers significant benefits to the industry in the form of scope, quality and speed of delivery.
